A simple, logical process guided by a mediator / facilitator.

Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council and Smartsettle have received funding provided by Innovative Solutions Canada to enable member Nations to test Smartsettle ONE in real-life cases, free of charge to participants until July 2021.

This negotiation tool was developed to help individuals, organizations and communities resolve single-issue negotiations in an easier, more peaceful way. It can be used independently, in collaboration with your support team, with the guidance of a facilitator, or in combination with traditional conflict resolution processes.

Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council staff member Amanda Engen, who has been working with Smartsettle for several months as a trained facilitator, will help guide participants through the process of using Smartsettle ONE.  She is available to answer any of your questions and can help determine if Smartsettle ONE is the right tool for you.

If you are a member of a Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council member nation, you can sign up online to use the system or reach out to Amanda for assistance by filling out the Initial Participant Contact Form.
